Monthly and annual plans renew automatically. Annual includes 12 monthly metro visits. Extended and remote areas use the $49 monthly plan plus confirmed routing. Turn off renewal from your account; a dispatched visit is not canceled retroactively. See the service terms for refunds and unused annual visits.

We do not retrieve mail, interview occupants, enter the house, or provide security monitoring. An occupancy note is not a certification.

No roof access, drone, interior entry, cause-of-loss determination, damage valuation, claim decision, or insurance adjustment. Unsafe roads or blocked views are recorded, not bypassed.

We do not enter the house, jump fences, or walk behind an occupied home. We document what is visible from lawful access, explain the limits, and leave the decision with you.

Do I need to be at the property?

No. Standard visits document the exterior from lawful access. Tell us about restrictions before dispatch.

Can an occupant see the field professional?

Yes. This is an ordinary exterior photo stop, not covert surveillance. We do not interview or monitor occupants. Order contact information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

What if the property cannot be reached?

You are not charged a completed-visit fee for an inaccessible property. A documented attempt is chargeable only if you accepted that fee in the quote. Contact us for an eligible refund or a new plan.

When do I pay?

For an eligible service in a confirmed zone, you review the full total, including ZIP-based routing, and proceed to Stripe. Other locations receive a confirmed total and payment link first. No dispatch takes place before payment and authorization.

How does Away Watch renew?

Monthly plans renew at $49 per month plus confirmed routing. The $499 annual plan is metro only, with no routing surcharge. Extended and remote locations use the monthly plan. Both include one exterior visit per month. Access reports and manage billing through your email-linked account. Cancel renewal without deleting your history.

What if you miss the delivery window?

You may choose a credit or cancellation with a refund for the undelivered service. Weather and access limitations are communicated; they do not silently extend an agreed deadline.

Can I request rush, video, or a night visit?

You can request metro rush (+$25 per visit), a 20-second exterior video (+$15), or an illuminated-sign / night visit for storefront or posting proof (+$15). Availability and the per-visit total are confirmed before payment. These requests are not automatic recurring charges. Interior access is not offered.
