How is compensation determined?

Do I need previous field experience?
Relevant experience is useful, but you can also tell us if you are new to field documentation. Applications are reviewed for local needs, attention to detail, and ability to meet the requirements. Submitting does not guarantee approval.
Will I enter a property or contact occupants?
These assignments focus on exterior documentation from lawful, accessible areas. Do not enter a property or exceed the written scope. Lender assignments are no-contact street records; they do not involve collecting debts, interviewing occupants, or serving notices.
What happens after I submit?
We review your service area and experience. If there is a fit, we contact you about onboarding and any required screening. Verification is handled separately; do not send identity or banking documents through this application. There is no automatic account activation.
